Welcome Home
We all know making friends in a new city can be a challenge, and this can be especially difficult in a “cold” state like Minnesota. As a result of our own personal experiences and the shared experiences of other women we’ve met, we decided we could make this transition easier for newcomers, as well as introduce current friends to new ones, by connecting women with a large circle of friends from all walks of life. Thus, Project 55 was born. Our group is comprised of women from different cities, states and countries, and also of home grown Minnesotans.
Who are we?
Project 55 is a Twin Cities based organization committed to bringing women with common interests together to strategically leverage social and professional relationships. We bring friendship and diversity to the table and encourage advancement and creativity through regular social gatherings in a variety of venues to create and inspire personal growth.
What is Project 55?
The idea is to bring your friends, as many as you’d like… the only criteria is that they be women who would be open to and comfortable with spending time with complete strangers and, women you believe, would have something positive to bring to the table (a table on which, I might add, we love to share a lot of good food and wine!)
